Qualifications

8+ years in product management or technology transformation.
Experience building business cases, KPI frameworks, and value reporting.
Experience coordinating stakeholders in global or multi-geography contexts.
Banking/financial services exposure or regulated environment preferred.

Responsibilities

Support rollout and adoption of AI integration across countries.
Maintain opportunity pipeline with clear owners and next steps.
Build business cases covering baselines, costs, and savings hypotheses with KPIs.
Translate country needs into roadmap inputs with product and engineering teams.
Prepare concise materials for executive reviews and governance.
