Job summary

Reuters is seeking a Senior AI Transformation Consultant in Professional Services to lead AI-enabled workflow transformations for CoCounsel and Thomson Reuters solutions. You will design AI-enabled processes, run discovery sessions, and drive adoption with legal, tax, and trade teams while measuring impact.

You will work with Sales, AI engineers, enablement specialists, and product teams across the client lifecycle, ensuring delivery within scope and delivering measurable value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree or certifications preferred.
• 5+ years in professional services, consulting, transformation, or enterprise-technology delivery.
• Experience leading defined customer engagements or workstreams within scope, timelines, and commercial expectations.
• Experience assessing professional workflows and enabling technology-enabled outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Independently lead defined transformation engagements or bounded workstreams across the lifecycle, managing plans and client communication.
• Conduct targeted discovery through interviews, workshops, surveys, and usage data; synthesize diagnoses and next steps.
• Map current and future-state workflows and develop practical plans for changes, adoption, risks, and success metrics.
• Capture baselines, analyze evidence, and prepare precise reporting on data support.
• Identify adoption barriers and implement practical recovery actions.
• Support responsible-use controls and review steps for priority use cases.
• Collaborate with AI engineers to translate technical possibilities into usable workflows.
• Ensure quality and credibility of work and share learnings as reusable assets.
