Responsibilities

• Shape Executive External Presence
• Prepare executives for high-visibility engagements including keynotes, fireside chats, panels, press interviews, and industry events
• Develop comprehensive briefing packages and coordinate rehearsals that set leaders up for success
• Develop speaker-ready content, session abstracts, and engagement materials that showcase ProServe's leadership in AI transformation and professional services innovation
• Drive Strategic Engagement Programs
• Define strategy and measurement requirements for ProServe's external engagement initiatives
• Analyze inputs from industry trends, customer needs, competitive landscape, and executive priorities to formulate multi-channel engagement strategies
• Build relationships with customer and internal stakeholders, from C-level executives to subject matter experts
• Continuously Improve & Innovate
• Capture feedback from customer and partner interactions to develop continuous improvement cycles
• Suggest new ideas and best practices for enhancing business and stakeholder engagement
• Respond to an agile, constantly evolving global environment with rapid-turnaround content for time-sensitive opportunities
• Communicate & Influence
• Prepare regular progress reports for internal stakeholders
• Drive consensus and garner support through exceptional written, oral, and interpersonal skills
• Balance tradeoffs while effectively communicating stakeholder recommendations
• Travel up to 25% of the time to support customer engagements and team collaboration
