Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, IT or equivalent.
• 3–5 years designing, delivering and supporting cloud-based solutions.
• 2+ years AWS and enterprise telephony (Amazon Connect / Teams Telephony).
• Experience with AWS Lambda using Python.
• Solid understanding of cloud architecture and AWS services.
• Experience in regulated environments with security/compliance focus.
• Knowledge of ITIL incident, problem and change management.
• Experience with Agile delivery and distributed teams.
• Experience managing AWS environments and cloud infrastructure.
• Experience with DevOps tools like Terraform, Jenkins, Bitbucket, Ansible, CI/CD.
• Demonstrated AI mindset and practical AI/automation use.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prioritize, and execute migration initiatives to modernize onto Microsoft Teams Telephony.
• Gather requirements with stakeholders and partners to refine telephony/AI capabilities.
• Support scalable, secure cloud-based solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
• Develop High-Level Designs (HLDs) and detailed technical designs for telephony and cloud infra.
• Support Amazon Connect and AWS services for reliability and performance.
• Participate in Agile teams and contribute to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Identify opportunities to use AI, automation, and cloud-native services to improve ops.
• Mentor operations teams with coaching and documentation.
• Create and maintain operational procedures and knowledge articles.
• Evaluate emerging tech and AI capabilities for innovation and process gains.
• Engage in incident response, change management, and service stability activities.
