Job summary

Centene Corporation is seeking an executive leader to drive the integration, modernization, and operation of its enterprise telephony and contact center platforms. This role partners with business owners, external vendors, and technology professionals to deliver scalable, compliant omnichannel experiences for members, providers, and associates.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field required.
Master’s degree in related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise telephony and contact center platform strategy and modernization.
Collaborate with business process owners, vendors, and technologists to align platforms with business objectives.
Drive optimization of inbound/outbound/IVR and third-party telephony for scalability and cost effectiveness.
Advance conversational AI, virtual assistants, and intelligent routing to improve customer interactions.
Manage vendor relationships and ensure effective pricing and deployment of tools.
Ensure regulatory, privacy, security, and data retention compliance across platforms.
Document integration processes and develop training for users.
