Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS/Engineering/IT.
• 3–5 years designing, delivering and supporting cloud-based solutions.
• 2+ years supporting AWS services and telephony platforms (Amazon Connect / Teams Telephony).
• Experience with AWS Lambda using Python.
• Understanding of cloud architecture principles and AWS capabilities.
• Experience in regulated environments focusing on security, privacy, compliance, and risk management.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and Agile delivery.
• Experience with DevOps tooling (Terraform, Jenkins, Bitbucket, Ansible).
• Demonstrated AI mindset and interest in using automation to improve operations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prioritize, and execute migrations to modernize Financial Centres on Microsoft Teams Telephony.
• Gather requirements and design telephony and AI-enabled capabilities with stakeholders.
• Maintain scalable, secure cloud infrastructure aligned with enterprise standards.
• Create high-level and detailed designs for telephony and cloud solutions.
• Support Amazon Connect and AWS services to ensure reliability and performance.
• Contribute to DevOps practices including CI/CD and infrastructure automation.
• Provide technical coaching and maintain documentation and runbooks.
• Stay current on AI, automation technologies and industry trends.
