• Develop client-ready materials that communicate progress and recommendations to executives.
• Structure and lead workstreams from start to finish; deliver outputs ready for the client.
• Own quality across all team deliverables; ensure coherence and client-readiness.
• Support business development; contribute to proposals and nurture relationships.
• Develop junior team members; provide feedback and create ownership opportunities.
• Travel: Average 40-50% (up to 80%).
