Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the tech industry or consulting.
• Strong client communication skills with the ability to influence and inspire senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategies and roadmaps into action; build implementation plans, workstreams, and operating models.
• Drive execution directly alongside client teams; remove barriers, manage stakeholders, ensure lasting impact.
• Size the value at stake for transformation initiatives and track delivery against ROI.
• Execute on cost reduction and efficiency opportunities across client operations, including AI-related spend and infrastructure utilization.
• Develop client-ready materials that communicate progress, decisions, and recommendations to executives.
• Structure and lead workstreams from start to finish; design approach, manage work, deliver outputs ready for the client.
• Own quality across all team outputs; coherence, rigor, and client-readiness.
• Support business development; contribute to proposals and grow client relationships.
• Develop junior team members; provide feedback and ownership opportunities.
