Job summary

The American Arbitration Association (AAA) seeks an experienced Senior IS Project Manager to lead complex technology and AI initiatives within the Information Services Department. This role oversees projects from planning through implementation, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery aligned with business goals.

The position supports Agile delivery and cross-functional collaboration, reporting to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 8 years of related professional experience, including at least 5 years managing complex technology projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex technology and AI projects.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, milestones, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Business Analysis, QA, Information Security, Legal, Operations, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Apply Agile methods to support sprint planning, backlog management, release coordination, and improvement.
• Prepare executive-level updates, dashboards, and status reports.
