Job summary

EY is seeking an AI Systems Engineer to own the stateful backbone of EY’s AI-native platform across cloud, on-prem, edge, and air-gapped environments. You will manage relational, vector, and graph stores, as well as streaming pipelines and schema governance.

The role emphasizes durability, consistency, and scalable data access for agentic workloads. Ideal candidates have deep production data infrastructure experience, PostgreSQL, Redis, and various vector/graph databases, plus strong Kubernetes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field.

Responsibilities

• Own the memory and data stores across environments and tenants.
• Own event streaming and async messaging infrastructures.
• Ensure data durability, consistency, and recoverability.
• Build streaming and CDC pipelines with schema governance.
• Make state multi-tenant and portable with clear ownership boundaries.
• Collaborate with platform, trust, runtime, and delivery teams.
