Pave is building the industry's leading compensation platform. We are seeking a senior engineer to lead projects and build features at the cutting edge of compensation intelligence. You will work closely with Product and Design to deliver impactful solutions used by OpenAI, Databricks, Atlassian, and more.
You will influence architecture, mentor teammates, and help shape the technical direction while thriving in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-stack, backend, or frontend engineering experience with modern web tech such as TypeScript and Node.js.
- Strong product intuition translating customer needs into technical decisions.
- Proven ability to break complex problems into milestones and drive to completion.
- Technical leadership, mentoring, and cross-team influence.
- Execution-driven mindset in fast-paced environments.
- Nice to have: experience at a B2B SaaS company during rapid growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead projects and build features at the forefront of compensation intelligence.
- Collaborate with Product and Design to ship features used daily by compensation teams, managers, and employees.
- Own end-to-end delivery of initiatives with direct customer feedback-driven iterations.
