Job summary

TeamViewer is seeking an experienced engineer to build and operate enterprise-grade AI systems behind our agentic ecosystem. You will design Python services and contribute across the stack with TypeScript, focusing on authentication, tenancy isolation, auditing, rate limiting, and cost controls.

You will create evaluation frameworks, safeguard against prompt injection and tool misuse, monitor telemetry, and collaborate with security stakeholders to improve reliability across globally distributed

Qualifications

8+ years of production software experience with Python and TS.
Hands-on with model-based or agentic systems and tool calling.
Strong understanding of MCP protocols, authorization, discovery, multi-tenant setups.
Ability to define quality criteria and evaluate AI systems.
Experience with OAuth and service identities in enterprise SaaS.

Responsibilities

Build services behind TeamViewer's agentic ecosystem, MCP servers, tool integrations, and external connections.
Design and operate enterprise-grade AI systems with authentication, tenancy isolation, and auditability.
Create agent-friendly interfaces, schemas, workflows, and evaluate effectiveness.
Develop evaluation frameworks for prompts, tools, models, and retrieval strategies.
Engineer production AI workflows with telemetry, monitoring, cost controls, and latency tracking.
Implement safeguards against prompt injection, tool misuse, and AI security risks with stakeholders.
Work across the full stack by building Python services and collaborating on frontend experiences.
Improve AI coding agents, context tooling, and engineering practices.
