Job summary

TeamViewer GmbH is seeking an experienced engineer to build the agentic ecosystem that powers AI-native enterprise software. You will develop MCP servers/clients, tool integrations, and context orchestration while enforcing authentication, multi-tenant security, and cost controls.

You will work across the stack with Python and TypeScript, implementing safeguards against AI risks and delivering measurable evaluation results to guide releases.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of production software experience with Python and TypeScript.
• Experience delivering model-based or agentic systems with tool calling, states management, and orchestration.
• Knowledge of MCP or similar agent-tool protocols, including multi-tenant environments.
• Ability to define quality criteria and build evaluation frameworks for AI systems.
• Familiarity with OAuth, service identities, and enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Experience with AI security risks such as prompt injection and data leakage.
• Excellent English communication across globally distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Build the services behind TeamViewer's agentic ecosystem, including MCP servers/clients and tool integrations.
• Design and operate enterprise-grade AI systems with authentication, authorization, tenancy isolation, and cost controls.
• Create agent-friendly tool interfaces, schemas, and workflows; validate effectiveness through evaluation.
• Develop evaluation frameworks for prompts, tools, models, and retrieval strategies.
• Engineer and optimize production AI workflows with telemetry, monitoring, and latency tracking.
• Implement safeguards against prompt injection and tool misuse in collaboration with security teams.
• Work across the full stack with Python services and contribute to frontend experiences.
• Utilize AI coding agents as a core development mechanism and improve context and tooling.
