Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of Python and/or Node.js/TypeScript, building production backend services.
• 5+ years hands-on experience with AI/ML systems such as LLMs, agent frameworks, inference serving, or memory architectures.
• 6+ years engineering experience bridging research and production.
• Deep experience in applied AI systems like agent memory, inference routing, and long-horizon autonomy.
• 3+ years translating research into platform-integrated artifacts or papers.

Responsibilities

• Investigate active frontiers in agentic AI systems and report findings.
• Translate research to production-grade Python services and TypeScript SDK modules.
• Prototype platform-level capabilities: routing policies, memory management, and agents control.
• Instrument prototypes with observability (tracing, cost accounting, latency).
• Collaborate with platform engineers to integrate validated research into production systems.
• Mentor junior engineers on experimental methodology and production-quality coding.
