Job summary

You will be a strong Python engineer with experience in Node.js/TypeScript, async Python, containers, and Kubernetes, delivering production-grade services and contributing to scalable architectures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent minimum 12 years work experience) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with Python and/or Node.js/TypeScript, building production backend services or AI/ML systems.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with AI or ML systems such as large language models, agent frameworks, or retrieval/memory architectures.
• 3+ years of applied research translating findings into platform-integrated or published artefacts.

Responsibilities

• Investigate active frontiers in agentic AI systems and design evaluation methodologies.
• Translate research findings into production-grade Python services or Node.js/TypeScript SDKs.
• Prototype platform-level capabilities and ensure observability from the start.
