Job summary

Google Mountain View, CA, USA is seeking a Senior Product and Business Strategy Lead for AI Subscriptions. You will partner with Google One leadership to define the strategic direction, develop long-range plans, and connect user, product, and financial considerations across the organization.

You will build and lead a high-performing team, own SKU strategy and pricing roadmap, and drive cross-functional programs from 0 to 1 and beyond, shaping the future of Google's AI-enabled subscriptions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 15 years of experience in management consulting, product management and strategy, or analytics in a technology company.
• 3 years of experience managing or leading teams.
• Experience working with and analyzing data, and managing multiple cross-functional programs or projects.

Responsibilities

• Work with Google One leadership to define product and business strategic direction and develop long-range plans.
• Structure and execute strategic initiatives by collecting data, leading analyses, and shaping recommendations.
• Own SKU strategy, pricing roadmap, and GTM operations across storage, AI, and bundles.
• Partner with Executive Engagement and Business Operations to deliver rhythm of the business reviews.
• Lead and grow a high-performing team across cross-functional teams.
