Job summary

Honeywell seeks a Senior Director of Human Resources for Forge & AI in Atlanta. This strategic HR partner will influence talent strategy, design workforce planning, and drive change across a 300-person global tech organization.

You will lead executive development, succession planning, and organizational design to enable Honeywell's AI/digital ambitions. You will report to the VPHR, HTCS, Global Engineering, Forge & AI and Project Solutions, operating on a hybrid schedule from Atlanta.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience in technology/AI organizations.
• Experience partnering with VP/SVP/C-level technology leaders.
• Experience with global orgs including US and India.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic HR business partner to CTO and senior leadership.
• Lead talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership assessments.
• Drive workforce planning and organizational effectiveness.
