You will shape and execute the strategic AI vision, leading a team of AI scientists and engineers in a matrixed structure and partnering with business stakeholders to deliver AI-powered insights. You will report to the Sr Director of IT and operate on a hybrid schedule across multiple US locations, with an initial 90-day onsite requirement.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant experience in data analytics, AI or related technical activities.
• 6+ years of experience with AI tools such as MS Azure, OpenAI, Vertex, AWS Bedrock, or equivalent.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional team management in an Agile environment.
• Experience with analytics trends like predictive models, AI/ML and genAI.

Responsibilities

• Part of a team advancing AI strategy across functions and business units.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to define the AI strategy and roadmap.
• Develop and execute AI initiatives to maximize revenue growth and profitability.
• Oversee AI project portfolios ensuring adoption and measurable impact.
