Honeywell Technologies seeks a Senior Director of Business Data Strategy to define and execute a data-driven operating model across the enterprise. You will partner with executive leadership to unlock value from trusted data and drive measurable transformation.

Based in a hybrid model with Charlotte, NC or other locations, you will shape strategy, governance, analytics, and AI initiatives to enhance decision-making, performance, and business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of leadership in data strategy, analytics, or transformation programs.
• Proven ability to influence senior executives and drive cross-functional change.
• Experience translating business strategy into data-driven solutions and outcomes.
• Knowledge of data governance, analytics, BI, AI enablement, and modern data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise business data strategy aligned with transformation objectives and priorities.
• Lead multi-year roadmap for data modernization, governance, analytics, and AI enablement.
• Develop enterprise data ownership models and governance frameworks.
• Advance analytics capabilities, dashboards, KPIs, and self-service analytics.
• Lead AI-enabled decision-support and predictive analytics initiatives across functions.
