Job summary

Honeywell International, Inc. is seeking a Sr Eng Program Manager - Technical Program Management to lead complex AI, software, and engineering programs connecting AI, software, and the physical world. The role spans global teams, from product and UX to business units, driving execution with clear milestones and governance.

You will report to the Sr. Director of Engineering and work on a hybrid schedule from the Atlanta, GA location, with initial 100% onsite requirement for 90 days.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Technical Program Management or Engineering PM roles.
• Proven track record delivering $10M+ large-scale programs on time and within ±5% budget.
• Experience leading 10+ Agile/Scrum teams with 30+ engineers and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience managing portfolios of $5M+ including headcount planning and quarterly forecasts.
• Experience with globally distributed teams across 3+ time zones and external partners.
• Strong written and verbal communication to tech and senior leadership.
• Proficiency in program management tools and Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple complex AI, software and engineering programs from initiation through delivery.
• Drive execution and alignment across a large, global engineering organization with 10+ Agile/Scrum teams.
• Define program scope, objectives, milestones and deliverables with stakeholders.
• Develop and manage program plans: timelines, budgets, resources and dependencies.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, cross-team dependencies and resource constraints.
• Coordinate global vendors and external partners ensuring aligned scope and quality.
• Partner with Engineering, AI, Product, UX and business teams for alignment.
• Develop dashboards and leadership updates; provide visibility into progress, risks, and finances.
