• 8+ years of progressive leadership in data strategy, analytics, or transformation.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale data initiatives across functions.
• Proven ability to influence senior executives and drive cross-functional change.
• Experience translating business strategy into data-driven solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the enterprise business data strategy and multi-year roadmap for data modernization, governance, analytics and AI enablement.
• Establish data governance frameworks, policies, and ownership models across functions.
• Drive analytics capabilities, dashboards, performance management, and data literacy across the enterprise.
• Lead AI-enabled decision support, automation, and predictive analytics initiatives.
• Develop business cases, investment strategies, and metrics to realize transformation value.
• Engage with senior leadership and across Finance, HR, Operations, and Supply Chain to align data priorities.
• Build and scale a high-performing data strategy and analytics organization.
