Job summary

Shoes for Crews, LLC is seeking a Senior Data & BI Analyst (AI & SQL) to partner with Sales and cross-functional teams. You will design BI solutions, write advanced SQL, build AI-assisted reports, and create dashboards in Power BI and Tableau. This hybrid role prefers Boca Raton, FL, with remote candidates considered for the right fit.

Strong data modeling, governance, and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders are essential.

Qualifications

Advanced SQL and data optimization capabilities.
Experience with SQL Server, SSRS, SSIS and BI tools.
Knowledge of data warehousing, ETL processes, and data modeling.
Experience applying AI tools to analytics and reporting.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain BI solutions.
Write and optimize SQL queries and stored procedures.
Develop and deliver AI-assisted reports and insights to support business needs.
Create dashboards using Power BI, Excel, and Tableau.
Translate business questions into clear, actionable data insights for Sales and other teams.
Develop scalable data models from multiple data sources.
Lead enhancements and migration of reporting (Tableau to Power BI).
Ensure data quality, governance, and consistency across platforms.
Partner with business stakeholders to understand needs and provide data-driven recommendations.
Document data definitions, reporting logic, and BI best practices.
