Job summary

Provectus is hiring a Senior Solution Owner to own the story and delivery for client engagements built on Programs, Cowork Activation, and Claude Code harnesses. You will package reusable IP into repeatable outcomes and stay hands-on when it matters, including ROI framing for CFOs and aligning stakeholders in healthcare or financial services.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7+ years in solution or product ownership or delivery leadership.
• Proven ability to lead programs from zero to client delivery.
• Experience with AI/GenAI, agentic systems, or data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define value propositions, align sales and delivery, and craft reusable artifacts.
• Build business cases covering market fit, ROI, and competitive positioning.
• Run market validation, workshops, and user research to drive demos and deployments.
• Lead Agile execution across backlog, sprint planning, and release processes.
• Define success metrics and analytics to enable continuous improvement.
