Job summary

Provectus is hiring a Senior Solution Owner to lead engagements at the intersection of frontier AI and enterprise transformation. You will own the story, define value, and deliver client outcomes by packaging reusable IP into repeatable offerings while hands-on wiring integrations when needed.

You will work in a two‑in‑the‑box delivery model (FDE/FDX), with responsibility for domain framing, rapid prototyping, and stakeholder alignment across financial services and healthcare verticals.

Qualifications

• Deep domain expertise in financial services and/or healthcare/life sciences.
• Experience leading or contributing to productized offerings for clients.
• Hands-on prototyping in client environments with an AI focus.
• 5–7+ years in solution ownership or delivery leadership; 3–5+ years in AI/GenAI.
• Strong Agile/Scrum experience and executive storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Own the offering story, value proposition, and reusable artifacts for the Blueprint.
• Deliver in the field as FDE/FDX, leading rapid prototyping and client adoption.
• Define solution vision, roadmap for GenAI/agentic engagements, and incremental releases.
• Scale adoption with analytics, enablement, and repeatable playbooks.
