CData Software, Inc. is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to partner with clients and our sales team, delivering tailored demos and validating customer requirements.

You will translate business needs into technical solutions and collaborate across Engineering, Sales, and Support to drive outcomes. You will own RFIs/RFPs, mentor peers, and influence the product roadmap while thriving in a fast-paced, AI-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field required.
• 4+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering or equivalent.
• Advanced ability to read and write code in Java or C#.
• Advanced knowledge of databases and SQL.
• Experience delivering technical presentations to executives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to customers and partners.
• Own and lead technical responses to RFIs and RFPs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Technical Support.
• Mentor Solutions Engineering team members and onboarding colleagues.
• Translate customer needs into technical solutions across the portfolio.
