Job summary

SailPoint is seeking Senior Forward Deployed Engineers to partner with sales and cross-functional teams, leveraging AI tooling and deep implementation knowledge. You will lead foundational solution deployments, guide customers through architecture discussions, and drive value in large, strategic accounts.

Initial training will cover SailPoint SaaS solutions, followed by hands-on engagement on complex customer projects, with opportunities to lead teams and present at events.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years in enterprise software, systems integrator, or consulting
• Excellent communications with clients/partners
• Familiar with SaaS architecture and modern tech stacks
• Experience with agentic coding tools listed
• Knowledge of web/mobile tech stacks: NodeJS, JS/TS, Angular/React
• Experience with databases and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP)

Responsibilities

• Engage with sales and cross-functional teams to drive value
• Lead foundational implementation engagements for customers
• Educate customers on product architecture and best practices
• Collaborate with solution engineering, product, and services teams
• Contribute to creating AI-enabled demonstration solutions
