Job summary

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years in enterprise software or consulting.
• 3+ years in software implementation or pre-sales.
• Strong client communication and stakeholder management.
• Working knowledge of SaaS architecture and modern tech stack.

Responsibilities

• Participate in sales process with direct and channel teams.
• Understand customer requirements and map to SailPoint solutions.
• Lead foundational implementation engagements on-site or remotely.
• Educate customers on high-level product architecture and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Develop AI-enabled demonstrations and agentic technology solutions.
• Focus on large, complex, strategic accounts and opportunities.
