Job summary

SailPoint Technologies Holdings, Inc. is seeking Forward Deployed Engineers to bridge sales and delivery of our AI-driven security platform. You’ll engage with customers, architect foundational solutions, and guide implementations while leveraging AI tooling to accelerate value.

This role requires strong communication, enterprise software experience, and hands-on capabilities in SaaS environments; travel up to 15% is expected.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years in enterprise software, systems integrator, or consulting.
• 3+ years in software implementation or pre-sales.
• Experience with web services, databases, virtualization, and directories.
• Conversant with SaaS architecture and AI tooling.
• Java, XML, LDAP, SQL, JSON familiarity desirable.
• Experience with NodeJS, JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular, React.js.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in the sales process and collaborate with sales teams.
• Discover customer requirements and map to SailPoint solutions using AI tooling.
• Participate in onsite and remote foundational implementations.
• Educate customers on high‑level product architecture and best practices.
• Collaborate across cross‑functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Develop Agentic technology solutions for demonstrations.
