SailPoint Technologies Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineers Team Lead Architect to drive foundational AI-enabled implementations, lead a small technical team, and partner with sales to deliver rapid value.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in enterprise software, systems integrator or consulting
• Experience in software development, implementation, and configuration
• Team lead/management over software engineers or architects
• Excellent client and partner communication
• Knowledge of web services, app servers, DBs, virtualization, directories
• Familiarity with modern SaaS architecture
• Experience with AI coding tools and diverse tech stacks
• Experience with identity, governance and access management is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead a small Forward Deployed Engineers team
• Support sales through technical and business acumen
• Map customer requirements to SailPoint solutions using AI tooling
• Participate in onsite and remote foundational implementations
• Educate customers on high-level architecture and best practices
