Job summary

Accenture Federal Services is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to bridge stakeholders and development teams for an AI/LLM deployment program. You will elicit requirements from federal clients, translate them into clear user stories, and drive agile ceremonies to deliver high-value features.

You’ll draft functional specs, support testing, and ensure traceability across security and compliance needs. You will collaborate with Product Management and end users, shaping workflows and integrations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required.
• Minimum 8 years of Business Analyst experience.
• Strong understanding of agile development methodologies.
• Proven ability to translate complex requirements into actionable user stories.
• Excellent communication to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with requirements documentation, gap analysis, and UAT.
• Ability to analyze processes for AI-driven solutions.
• Experience with large language model deployment and AI-powered workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and analyze requirements from federal clients and stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into well-defined user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and daily standups to support agile development.
• Validate user stories meet acceptance criteria and stakeholder expectations.
• Draft BRDs, process flows, use cases, and traceability matrices.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders.
• Conduct gap analysis between current and desired capabilities.
• Support UAT by developing test scenarios and coordinating testing.
• Analyze business processes for AI-driven automation opportunities.
• Collaborate with Product Management to prioritize features by value and feasibility.
• Document system functionality and integration requirements for development and compliance.
• Support training and demonstrations by creating user-facing materials.
