Job summary

Accenture Federal Services seeks a senior Business Analyst to bridge stakeholders and development teams, translating client and user requirements into actionable user stories that drive AI-enabled workflows and enterprise integration.

You will elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements, collaborating with Product Management, federal clients, and end users in an agile environment to shape features supporting large language model deployment and compliance activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required.
• Minimum 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong understanding of agile development methodologies.
• Proven ability to translate complex requirements into actionable user stories.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with requirements documentation, gap analysis, and UAT.
• Ability to analyze business processes for AI-driven solutions.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and analyze requirements from federal clients and stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and daily standups.
• Validate user stories against acceptance criteria and stakeholder expectations.
• Draft functional specs, BRDs, process flows, and traceability matrices.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
• Conduct gap analysis between current and desired capabilities.
• Support UAT by developing test scenarios and coordinating testing.
• Identify opportunities for AI-driven automation and optimization.
• Collaborate with Product Management to prioritize features by value and feasibility.
• Document system functionality, workflows, and integration requirements.
