Job summary

Swingtech seeks a Business Analyst to support a federal AI/ML solution delivery program in a hybrid environment. You will work with Government product owners, stakeholders, and AI teams to translate complex needs into clear, testable requirements.

The role covers the full AI solution lifecycle from discovery through backlog development, prototyping, validation, release, and continuous improvement. Local to the DMV with agile context and security considerations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience analyzing and managing requirements for software/data projects.
• Experience eliciting, validating, and maintaining business requirements.
• Experience turning stakeholder needs into epics, features and user stories.
• Experience supporting Agile teams and backlog refinement.

Responsibilities
