Job summary

Accenture Federal Services is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade LLM applications. You will guide cross-functional teams through model fine-tuning to production-scale deployment, aligning technical roadmaps with mission-focused objectives.

You will oversee architecture across frontend, API layers, vector databases, and model orchestration while implementing MLOps, guardrails, and responsible AI practices to meet security standards.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in software engineering or data science with 3+ years in leadership.
• 3+ years hands-on experience with LLMs and/or generative AI applications.
• Experience deploying production AI/ML systems at scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of ML engineers and full-stack developers.
• Define technical roadmaps for LLM application development aligned with business objectives.
• Architect full-stack LLM solutions including frontend interfaces and APIs.
• Oversee MLOps pipelines, model versioning, and production deployments.
• partner with product managers, security, and external stakeholders on requirements and compliance.
• Present technical proposals and demos to executive leadership.
