Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• US Citizenship required.
• Experience with enterprise AI tools (Gemini for Gov, M365 Copilot, ChatGPT Gov).
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
• Proven experience managing complex technology integrations in federal/regulatory environments.
• Understanding of AI platforms, cloud technologies and compliance (FedRAMP, NIST).
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results in fast-paced settings.
• Experience with cloud-based infrastructure and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document business requirements.
• Define requirements, success metrics, and platform deployment needs.
• Facilitate workshops and lead user feedback collection.
• Coordinate procurement activities and operational approvals.
• Oversee integration of identity management (Entra ID SSO), logging, and monitoring.
• Manage risks, dependencies and provide contingency plans.
• Lead a small, fast-paced internal team and align workstreams with Enterprise AI efforts.
