Job summary

Accenture Federal Services seeks an Enterprise AI Business Analyst to drive implementations of Google Gemini for Gov, M365 Copilot, and ChatGPT Gov Enterprise offerings. You will gather business requirements, define security-aligned configurations, and run collaborative workshops with stakeholders to shape new workflows.

You will help ensure analytics and AI initiatives meet federal compliance standards while coordinating with a small agile team to deliver solutions on time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Experience with enterprise AI tools: Google Gemini for Gov or ChatGPT Gov.
• Proven experience managing complex technology integration programs in a federal or highly regulated environment.
• Strong understanding of AI platforms, cloud technologies, and compliance frameworks like FedRAMP and NIST.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document business requirements and configuration needs.
• Facilitate workshops and lead user feedback collection.
• Translate business needs into actionable technical specifications for AI platform deployments.
• Align deliverables with security requirements and federal compliance standards (e.g., NIST 800-171).
• Coordinate procurement, onboarding, and operational readiness across teams.
• Oversee integration of identity management (Entra ID SSO), logging, and monitoring.
• Support testing, validation, and rollout; communicate progress and risks.
