Job summary

Klaviyo is seeking an AI Solutions Architect to accelerate how our Global Services organization leverages AI to operate smarter and deliver more impact. You will build AI-powered prototypes, connect data sources, and scale solutions across the business.

You’ll work across teams, develop prompts and workflows, and help teams adopt AI with scalable enablement. This role sits in Strategy & Operations and requires strong technical and communication skills with a focus on real business outcomes.

Qualifications

• A systems thinker with a strong technical foundation and a passion for solving business problems with AI.
• Experience building AI-powered prototypes using LLMs and modern AI tools, with an understanding of APIs and system integrations.
• Strong communicator who can translate technical concepts, create clear documentation, and enable others to adopt AI effectively.

Responsibilities

• Program Strategy & Discovery: Partner with Services leaders to identify high impact areas that could benefit from AI or automation; prioritize opportunities; translate ideas into roadmaps.
• Technical Prototyping & Productization: Build AI-powered prototypes and workflows using Claude, LLMs, and modern platforms; connect AI systems to create end-to-end workflows; production-grade integration.
• Enablement & AI Literacy: Create guides and best practices; lead enablement sessions to grow AI fluency; stay current on AI capabilities and industry practices.
