Job summary

CHAPSVISION is seeking a seasoned PreSales Engineer to accelerate ArgonOS adoption across North America. You will partner with sales, product, and customers to translate complex data and AI challenges into compelling demonstrations and scalable solutions.

The role blends enterprise architecture discussions with executive storytelling, designing tailored POCs and guiding deployments across cloud environments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in PreSales / Sales Engineering or related customer-facing technical roles
• Experience with enterprise AI software, RAG platforms, analytics or data products
• Strong knowledge of APIs, cloud environments and integrations
• Ability to translate technical concepts to executives
• Experience designing demos, POCs, or presentations
• Experience in high-growth tech environments
• Experience with regulated industries such as manufacturing, government, financial services, healthcare

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to understand customer business challenges and strategic priorities
• Lead technical discovery sessions with stakeholders ranging from engineers to executive leadership
• Translate complex customer requirements into tailored AI and data platform solutions
• Design and deliver compelling demonstrations showcasing ArgonOS capabilities and business value
• Build customized proof‑of‑concepts (POCs), prototypes, and technical presentations
• Advise customers on deployment strategies, integrations, and architecture considerations
• Partner with Product and Engineering to provide feedback and influence future platform direction
