Job summary

ChapsVision is seeking a PreSales Engineer to drive ArgonOS growth across North America. You will mentor teams, deliver tailored AI and data platform demonstrations, and translate complex requirements into scalable solutions.

The role requires executive-level communication, strong architectural understanding, and hands-on demo design in a fast-evolving AI environment. Hybrid NY location with travel.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in PreSales Engineering, Sales Engineering, Technical Consulting, or related customer-facing technical roles.
• Experience supporting enterprise AI software, RAG platforms, analytics solutions, or data products.
• Strong understanding of APIs, cloud environments, enterprise architectures, and integrations.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and executive audiences.
• Experience designing demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, or technical presentations for customers.
• Experience operating in high-growth or rapidly evolving technology environments.
• Experience supporting customers in industries such as manufacturing, government, financial services, healthcare, or regulated sectors.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with a consultative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to understand customer business challenges, environments, and priorities.
• Lead technical discovery sessions with engineers to executives.
• Translate customer requirements into tailored AI and data platform solutions.
• Design and deliver compelling demonstrations of ArgonOS capabilities and value.
• Build POCs, prototypes, and technical presentations aligned with use cases.
• Clearly communicate complex AI, data, and platform concepts to diverse audiences.
• Advise on deployment strategies, integrations, and architecture considerations.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to incorporate customer feedback.
