Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in solution, enterprise and cloud architecture.
• Experience integrating Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP and related platforms with AWS.
• Knowledge of AI orchestration, multi-agent architectures, and API-driven integration.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end architecture for AI-powered Voice Agents and multi-agent ecosystems.
• Translate business requirements into scalable architecture and deployment plans.
• Design orchestration and routing agent central intelligence layer.
• Create patterns for agent-to-agent communication and identity management.
• Define enterprise data architecture and API standards for Voice AI solutions.
• Establish RAG and scalable data integration capabilities for enterprise info.
• Lead Architecture, Engineering, Security, and Operations teams toward AI adoption.
