Job summary

IT Labs is seeking a Senior Agent Engineer to drive autonomous agents and orchestration frameworks across four squads for a major transformation project. The role focuses on LLM integration, tool-calling, and enterprise-scale workflows with production-grade software practices.

The candidate will lead design and implementation, ensure reusable architectures, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams while leveraging public cloud platforms such as AWS.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software engineering/AI with agent architectures, LLMs, or distributed systems.
• Experience deploying enterprise AI solutions; production-ready.
• Hands-on with LangChain, AutoGen, or CrewAI; or deep distributed/cloud expertise.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and develop production-grade autonomous agents and orchestration frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI).
• Lead implementation across four squads to ensure reusable architectures.
• Integrate LLMs with external APIs, toolkits, and data sources for dynamic tool-calling.
• Optimize prompt engineering and context management for stability.
• Develop monitoring/logging/evaluation tools to trace decisions and outputs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional squads to set technical direction and ensure delivery.
• Leverage AWS to design, deploy, and scale AI solutions securely.
