Job summary

Coforge in Auburn Hills, MI is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to drive the end-to-end architecture for AI-powered Voice Agents, Conversational AI, and agentic AI across enterprise platforms.

The role requires translating business requirements into scalable solution, security, deployment, and operational architectures, with a focus on orchestration and routing layers and governance for multi-agent systems.

Qualifications

We at Coforge are hiring a Senior Solutions Architect with the following skillset:

Key Responsibility :

• Define the end-to-end architecture for AI-powered Voice Agents, Conversational AI, Agentic AI, and multi-agent ecosystems across enterprise platforms.
• Translate business requirements, customer journeys, and operational workflows into scalable solution, integration, security, deployment, and operational architectures.
• Logical Design the Primary Orchestration & Routing Agent that serves as the central intelligence layer for routing requests, coordinating agents, workflows, systems, and human interactions.
• Design the logical architecture for a central orchestration and routing layer that intelligently directs requests and coordinates workflows, services, systems, and user interactions.
• Establish architecture patterns for agent-to-agent communication, including context sharing, capability discovery, identity management, request/response standards, and workflow orchestration.
• Define multi-agent collaboration frameworks supporting sequential, parallel, event-driven, conditional, and human-in-the-loop interactions.
• Define security architecture, authentication, authorization, identity propagation, and governance controls across user-to-agent, agent-to-agent, and agent-to-system interactions.
• Establish Responsible AI guardrails and controls for data privacy, prompt security, AI governance, model safety, compliance, risk management, and human approval workflows.
• Define enterprise data architecture, integration strategies, canonical data models, API standards, event-driven patterns, and knowledge management frameworks supporting Voice AI and Agentic AI solutions.
• Define Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) or other models , enterprise knowledge access, and scalable data integration capabilities enabling secure access to structured and unstructured enterprise information.
• Provide solution and technical leadership across Architecture, Engineering, Security, Data, and Operations teams by establishing architecture standards, governance frameworks, reusable patterns, and strategic technology roadmaps that support enterprise AI adoption and long-term scalability.
• Focus on data privacy, integration and management across all platforms for seamless accessibility

Qualification :

• 10+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, Cloud Architecture, Data Integration architecture
• Strong architecture experience with AWS and familiarity with Amazon Connect or comparable CCaaS technologies and architecting enterprise solutions that integrate Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP, and related platforms.
• Experience designing AI orchestration frameworks, workflow engines, routing platforms, stateful integrations, messaging, or event-processing solutions.
• Strong understanding of Agentic AI, Conversational AI, Generative AI, Voice Agents, tool-using agents, and multi-agent architectures.
• Deep knowledge of APIs, asynchronous messaging, event-driven architecture, identity protocols, canonical data models, security, observability, resiliency, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Ability to translate business objectives and functional requirements into scalable technical architecture and actionable implementation roadmaps.
• Strong stakeholder management, architecture documentation, facilitation, and executive communication skills.
