Job summary

Zenith Infotek LLC is seeking an AI Architect to lead the design and orchestration of Agentic AI workflows across customer journeys, including digital portals, apps, IVR, messaging, and retail operations. You will build scalable, safe multi-agent systems capable of real-time reasoning and integration with legacy BSS/OSS and billing platforms.

You will collaborate with Software, Data, DevOps, and Product teams to evolve from static chatbots to autonomous agents while ensuring telecom compliance

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise software architecture.
• 3+ years with production AI/ML systems and LLM orchestration.
• Experience with multi-agent collaboration and autonomous reasoning.
• Strong experience with Python and vector databases.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable multi-agent architecture for complex intents.
• Architect low-latency state management across journeys.
• Create safe interfaces to call tools and query legacy systems (BSS/OSS, billing).
• Build validation layers and guardrails for telecom compliance.
• Optimize RAG pipelines and vector DB access.
• Collaborate with Software, Data, DevOps, and Product teams to migrate legacy touchpoints.
