The role requires hands-on leadership, strong AI/cloud expertise, and a pragmatic focus on delivering measurable business outcomes within a complex IT landscape.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software engineering and architecture roles with leadership experience.
• 5+ years of full stack development experience and cloud platform expertise.
• 3+ years hands-on AI/ML or Generative AI experience.
• Strong knowledge of non-functional requirements (SLA, latency, real-time).

Responsabilités

• Lead design, implementation, and deployment of cloud-native AI-powered solutions.
• Define solution architecture and oversee cross-functional projects.
• Mentor architects and influence product strategy and standards.
• Coordinate with analysts, data engineers, IT, and management to align objectives.
