Qualifications

• 8+ years of technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics).
• 3+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures.
• 10+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting in the software or Internet industries.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end agentic solutions for customers by understanding objectives and balancing trade-offs for model choice, orchestration, tool design, and cost.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers, guiding adoption and addressing risks.
• Leverage existing patterns and create new designs for future reuse when needed.
• Develop and deliver technical content such as presentations, workshops, sample code, and white papers.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, and support to translate feedback into requirements and progress opportunities.
