SchoolsFirst FCU is seeking a Lead AI Solutions Architect to lead the design, delivery and governance of complex AI, automation and agentic initiatives. You will establish technical standards, guide production deployment and mentor teams to improve engineering quality, scalability and business value.

The role requires deep expertise in AI/ML, LLMs, RAG, APIs and cloud platforms, with hands-on experience from proof of concept to production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience.
• 7–10 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with AI/ML, generative AI and agentic AI.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms and data governance.
• Hands-on solution design, implementation and production deployment.

Responsabilités

• Lead design, delivery and improvement of AI/automation solutions.
• Oversee design, development, integration, testing and deployment of AI-enabled workflows.
• Own technical delivery from proof of concept to production deployment.
• Create reusable reference implementations and engineering patterns for AI agents and RAG.
• Define stand-alone and embedded RPA workflows within enterprise architecture.
• Lead integrations across enterprise apps, data services and APIs.
• Establish CI/CD, testing frameworks and release management practices.
• Define nonfunctional requirements for reliability, scalability and observability.
• Implement data access, identity, least-privilege and governance controls.
• Lead design/code/review and incident response activities.
• Set up monitoring, logs, dashboards and runbooks.
• Evaluate technologies and provide recommendations aligned with enterprise standards.
• Provide thought leadership on emerging AI technologies.
• Mentor engineers and promote reusable engineering practices.
• Performs other duties and regulatory compliance.
