Job summary

You will mentor teams, establish technical standards, ensure secure, scalable solutions, and drive value with generative AI, RAG, and API integrations, while collaborating with Architecture, Security and Data teams.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of relevant experience required.
• Hands-on design, implementation and production deployment of AI-enabled solutions.
• Experience with enterprise cloud platforms and data services.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, delivery and continuous improvement of AI-enabled workflows and automation solutions.
• Mentor teams and establish engineering standards for reliability, scalability and maintainability.
• Oversee integration of AI/automation across enterprise applications, APIs and data services.
• Define nonfunctional requirements and governance for secure, auditable AI systems.
