Medtronic plc in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a Sr. AI Solution Engineer to design, build, and optimize AI-powered HR solutions, intelligent workflows, and virtual agents.

You will apply large language models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation, and automation to improve employee support and HR processes. This onsite role offers about 10% travel and requires 4+ years in AI solution development, experience with Moveworks or ServiceNow Virtual Agent, Workday Extend, and strong API integration

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical field with 4+ years AI solution development experience.
• Experience with agentic AI platforms (Moveworks/ServiceNow Virtual Agent/Workday Extend) or UiPath.
• Proficiency with LLMs, RAG architectures, embeddings, or prompt engineering.

Responsibilities

• Design and build intelligent HR workflows and virtual agents.
• Develop AI applications using LLMs, RAG, and orchestration frameworks.
• Create conversational AI solutions for HR use cases and onboarding.
• Develop integrations and APIs across HR, ERP, and collaboration systems.
• Configure and optimize workflows and data models within ServiceNow and Workday.
• Analyze usage metrics and NLP accuracy to improve automation.
