Medica seeks a Senior AI Software Engineer to design, build, and scale AI agents, applications, and platform capabilities. You will own AI solutions from design to production, shaping patterns for safe, reliable AI across Medica. Strong software engineering and hands-on AI experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 3+ years of AI work experience.
• 5+ years of software/platform engineering experience.
• Strong software development skills in Python, Go, or TypeScript.

Responsabilités

• End-to-end AI platform development including design, deployment, and observability of pipelines and systems.
• Prototype and build AI-powered features addressing healthcare and technical challenges.
• Participate in architectural discussions, code reviews, and promote clean, maintainable code.
• Stay current with AI trends, evaluate emerging technologies, and share learnings.
