Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in product strategy or commercialization with recent focus on AI or ML-powered products.
• 7+ years of deep HR/workforce domain expertise (planning, talent, onboarding, learning, performance, benefits, analytics).
• 5+ years in external partnerships, licensing, or joint ventures.
• 5+ years in elite management consulting with demonstrable client impact.
• 5+ years deploying transformational AI in HR/workforce environments.
• 3+ years managing model operations and cloud platforms.
• Experience presenting to executives and aligning diverse stakeholders.
• Travel up to 30-40% to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage the AI solutions portfolio and roadmap.
• Equip sales and delivery teams with compelling narratives and reference architectures.
• Lead client-facing meetings, workshops, and status updates to translate capabilities into business value.
• Prioritize research outputs into commercial offerings with internal/external partners.
• Develop pricing strategies and commercial guardrails with operations and finance.
• Build and manage partnerships with external tech providers and ensure IP, privacy, and compliance.
• Set and track KPIs for portfolio growth, profitability, and customer impact.
• Drive enterprise AI adoption and responsible AI practices across business functions.
