Job summary

ASG is seeking a Senior Associate, Technical Recruiting to be the primary partner for our AI transformation. You will drive full-cycle recruiting across AI/ML, AI-native software engineering, platform, and security roles to build our technical talent bench.

You’ll collaborate with ASG's Head of Talent, the CTO, and engineering leaders to shape hiring strategies, calibrate candidate profiles, and deliver outcomes that accelerate product and engineering execution.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience recruiting technical talent in high-growth SaaS, technology, or VC/PE-backed environments.
• Proven success hiring software engineering, AI/ML, platform, infrastructure, or security talent at IC and manager level.
• Strong technical fluency to assess engineering talent across modern technologies and AI-native skill sets.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting across AI/ML, AI-native software engineering, platform, infrastructure, and security roles.
• Build proactive pipelines for recurring technical roles and emerging skill sets critical to ASG's AI transformation.
• Partner with CTO and engineering leaders to define hiring strategies, calibrate candidate profiles, and deliver exceptional hiring outcomes.
• Assess technical talent rigorously to distinguish exceptional candidates from surface-level experience.
• Develop technical interview frameworks, scorecards, and recruiting playbooks to improve quality and consistency.
• Manage relationships with specialized recruiting partners and search firms when appropriate.
• Coordinate with recruiters, portfolio leaders, and executives to align technical hiring with ASG's long-term growth.
